Sad to think, but cruelty and animal abuse happens all too often in our society.
Animal Outreach of Cape May County wants to know and will help. We just need your help.
If you witness animal abuse or neglect, please contact Animal Outreach of Cape May County or your local humane society, local police department, local animal shelter, or animal control agency immediately. In most areas, those agencies have the authority to enforce state and local laws related to animals and the capability to investigate and resolve these situations.
Animal Outreach of Cape May County relies on concerned citizens to be our eyes and ears in the community and to report animal suffering. You will remain anonymous, although giving your name to Animal Outreach of Cape May County will enable our group to follow up with you when necessary - e-mail is fine.
